SINGASIA HLDG (08293) announced that Mr. Lim Jianfeng has resigned from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from December 31, 2024, as he wishes to devote more time to other personal matters.
