Hunan Huasheng (600156.SH) announced that in order to revitalize the company's land assets and increase the value of its land, it will promote the company's business and products through the creation of a cultural and creative industry park, further expanding its brand influence and enhancing its market competitiveness. The company's controlling subsidiary, Xue Song Company, has partnered with Binjiang Memory and Lusong Group to establish Lusong 1937 Cultural and Creative Industry Park Co., Ltd (temporary name, subject to approval by the market supervision administration), with a focus on cultural tourism and commercial activities, to create an industrial cultural tourism destination. Lusong 1937 has a registered capital of 30 million yuan, with Xue Song Company contributing 14.7 million yuan and holding a 49% stake; Binjiang Memory contributing 13.8 million yuan and holding a 46% stake; and Lusong Group contributing 1.5 million yuan and holding a 5% stake.
