Swire Properties continued to advance its HK$100 billion investment plan, with progress currently on track and 67% of funds already deployed. Implementing this strategy is a top priority for Swire Properties, with a focus on expanding in the three core markets of Hong Kong, mainland China, and Southeast Asia. Despite a soft office market in Hong Kong, the trend of potential tenants seeking quality office buildings remains strong, with a preference for new Grade A office buildings such as One and Two Taikoo Place, and Six Taikoo Place.
