CHI SCI&EDU IND (01756) announced that on August 10, 2025, the company entered into a 2025 architectural service framework agreement with Hua Li Construction. The agreement pertains to providing construction and renovation services for comprehensive teaching buildings and/or dormitories at the group's campuses in China, as well as campuses in Jiangmen and Zengcheng. The agreement is effective from the date of signing until August 31, 2028 (including the first and last days), with annual limits set for three consecutive fiscal years ending on August 31, 2028, at RMB 3.6 billion, RMB 3.42 billion, and RMB 3 billion respectively.
Considering the quality of engineering delivered by Hua Li Construction and its history of cooperation with the group, the company believes that Hua Li Construction is familiar with the group's quality standards and will be able to efficiently and reliably meet the group's needs, minimizing the impact on the group's operations and internal processes. Therefore, the company believes that engaging Hua Li Construction for new construction and renovation projects will be beneficial for the group.
