NEW CONCEPTS (02221) completed the issue of a total of 221.5 million subscribed shares.

NEW CONCEPTS (02221) announcement, due to all the preconditions stated in the subscription agreement have been met, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the completion has been made on August 11, 2025. A total of 221.5 million shares of subscribed shares (approximately 12.12% of the issued share capital of the Company after the issuance and subscription of shares) have been distributed and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.10 per subscribed share.
