JD LOGISTICS (02618) released its performance for the three months ending June 30, 2025, achieving revenue of RMB 51.565 billion, an increase of 16.6% year-on-year. Profits under non-International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the period were RMB 2.588 billion, an increase of 5.4% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 2.129 billion, an increase of 5.08% year-on-year.
In the first half of 2025, the group achieved revenue of RMB 98.532 billion, an increase of 14.11% year-on-year. Profits under non-IFRS for the period were RMB 3.339 billion, an increase of 7.1% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 2.58 billion, an increase of 13.93% year-on-year.

In the first half of 2025, amidst the trend of stable improvement in the Chinese economy, JD LOGISTICS continued to enhance its capabilities, solidifying product and service competitiveness, improving customer experience and satisfaction, and accelerating revenue growth. In the first half of 2025, our total revenue reached RMB 98.5 billion, a 14.1% year-on-year increase, with revenue from external customers at RMB 66.1 billion, a 10.2% year-on-year increase, accounting for 67.1% of total revenue. While achieving accelerated revenue growth, we also improved resource utilization efficiency through measures such as technological empowerment, network optimization, and refined management, achieving a stable profit level. In the first half of 2025, our non-IFRS profit reached RMB 3.3 billion, a 7.1% year-on-year growth.
We continue to promote the widespread application of integrated supply chain solutions and quality logistics services, helping customers across various industries to increase operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance customer experience. While serving customers, we also accumulate valuable industry experience, continually strengthening product competitiveness and service capabilities.
We provide industry-specific integrated supply chain solutions and services for customers in sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods, household appliances, electronics goods, clothing, automotive, and fresh produce. In the first half of 2025, we deepened cooperation with several leading clients in industries such as household appliances, apparel, and fast-moving consumer goods, achieving steady growth in revenue from external integrated supply chain customers.
In the first half of 2025, revenue from external integrated supply chain customers reached RMB 50.1 billion, a 19.9% year-on-year increase. Revenue from external integrated supply chain customers reached RMB 17.6 billion, a 14.7% year-on-year increase, maintaining a stable growth trend. We served 73,713 external integrated supply chain customers in the first half of 2025, a 14.5% year-on-year increase. While creating value for more customers, we continue to expand cooperation with customers. In the first half of 2025, the average revenue per external integrated supply chain customer reached RMB 239,000.
At the same time, we actively expanded our overseas business presence. In June 2025, we launched our self-operated express delivery brand "JoyExpress" in Saudi Arabia, providing local consumers with door-to-door delivery, cash on delivery, and high-efficiency express delivery such as same-day and next-day delivery services. With a comprehensive logistics network from warehousing to sorting and "last-mile" delivery in Saudi Arabia, we offer diversified and end-to-end logistics services and solutions.
In terms of overseas warehousing layout, we accelerated the "global tessellation" plan. In the first half of 2025, our overseas warehousing network expanded further, with new warehouses opened in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Poland, South Korea, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia. By the end of June 30, 2025, our overseas warehouses covered 23 countries and regions globally. We replicate and promote our accumulated warehouse operations experience and integrated supply chain capabilities in overseas markets to provide high-quality and efficient integrated supply chain solutions for more Chinese brands, local overseas customers, and cross-border e-commerce platforms, resulting in a rapid increase in revenue from overseas integrated supply chain businesses. In the first half of 2025, we continued to enhance efficiency by strengthening time management efforts and further improving service capabilities and market competitiveness through investment in aviation resources, land transportation routes, and last-mile delivery. We expanded our business by focusing on fast and high-quality express services, upgrading the entire logistics solution for high-value fresh produce categories to improve cross-regional circulation efficiency, enhance quality assurance, and promote the rapid growth of high-value fresh produce delivery services such as lychee and cherries. According to statistics from the State Post Bureau, JD LOGISTICS remained in the top tier of the industry in terms of customer satisfaction with its express delivery services. In terms of service experience, in the first half of 2025, our express service satisfaction continued to rank at the industry-leading position across various mainstream e-commerce platforms.
In the second quarter of 2025, JD LOGISTICS began recruiting and managing full-time riders to participate in the delivery services for JD Group's online food delivery business (JD Daojia). This initiative expanded our service offerings and is expected to bring more synergies and efficiency improvements to our last-mile delivery and other operations.
We remain committed to technological innovation and investment. By June 30, 2025, we employed over 4,700 professional research and development personnel, continuously investing in and developing automation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to integrate digital technologies throughout the logistics process, from planning to warehousing, sorting, transportation, and last-mile delivery. This integration aims to optimize costs, efficiency, and customer experience, providing technological support for high-quality business development and efficient operations.
We continue to strengthen our logistics infrastructure construction. By June 30, 2025, we managed over 1,600 warehouses, more than 19,000 distribution stations and outlets, employing over 660,000 self-operated employees, including full-time delivery riders.
