Hoitac Holdings Limited (01707) announced that a liquidation petition against its subsidiary has been postponed to April 13, 2026. The submission of the liquidation petition does not mean that the applicant has successfully wound up Praise Marble Limited. As of the date of this announcement, the British Virgin Islands court has not issued any winding-up orders for Praise Marble Limited.

The company recently received notification from its legal advisors that the hearing for the winding-up petition has been postponed to April 13, 2026. The submission of the winding-up petition does not mean that the petitioner has successfully wound up Praise Marble Limited. As of the date of this announcement, the British Virgin Islands court has not issued any winding-up order against Praise Marble Limited.
