Swire Properties (01972) announced that Ms. Long Yanyi has resigned as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to retirement from the Swire Group. Mr. Shi Shihua will succeed Ms. Long Yanyi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company upon her retirement and has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Ma Tianwei will no longer serve as a non-executive director of the Company to focus on other businesses within the Swire Group. He will also step down as a member of the Audit Committee but will continue to participate as an observer. Mr. Chan Ming-yan has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and member of the Audit Committee. These resignations and appointments will take effect from the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 12, 2026.
