Tangtang Jia (AGII.US) receives notice of filing for IPO in the United States and plans to list on Nasdaq.
On October 19th, the Department of International Cooperation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice about the registration of the overseas issuance and listing of TANGTANG JIA stocks. The planned issuance is for no more than 5,175,000 shares of ordinary stocks to be listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the United States.
On October 19th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice of filing for overseas issuance and listing for AgiiPlus Inc. (referred to as "AgiiPlus" or "AGII.US"). The company plans to issue no more than 5,175,000 ordinary shares for overseas listing and trading on the NASDAQ in the United States.
In the notice, the China Securities Regulatory Commission pointed out that during the period from the issuance of the filing notice until the end of the overseas issuance and listing, the company should report any significant events through the China Securities Regulatory Commission's filing management information system in accordance with relevant regulations for domestic companies issuing overseas listings.
At the same time, within 15 working days after completing the overseas issuance and listing, AgiiPlus should report the issuance and listing situation through the China Securities Regulatory Commission's filing management information system. It should also strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules both domestically and internationally during the overseas issuance and listing process. Furthermore, if AgiiPlus fails to complete the overseas issuance and listing within 12 months from the date of this filing notice, it should update its filing materials if it intends to continue with the process.
Public information shows that AgiiPlus was established in 2015 and was formerly known as Distrii. In 2021, the Distrii brand was officially upgraded to "AgiiPlus," positioning itself as a "leader in agile one-stop office solutions." As of June 30, 2022, the company had achieved a revenue of $75 million for the 12 months.
Headquartered in Shanghai, AgiiPlus has established a network of coworking spaces in China and Singapore. The company provides flexible and cost-effective workspace solutions for corporate clients in the central business districts of major cities in China and Singapore. As of June 30, 2022, AgiiPlus has 65 Distrii coworking spaces in seven different cities, with a total management area of approximately 2.8 million square feet and 45,607 working positions.
