On November 3rd, the commencement ceremony for the first phase of the Yibin Gaoxin District He Guangtongcheng Project, as well as the launch of the second phase, was held.
He Guangtongcheng Photovoltaic Technology (Yibin) Co., Ltd. was established in Yibin Gaoxin District in March of this year. It focuses on the efficient manufacturing, production, and sales of CECEP Solar Energy batteries. The total investment in the He Guangtongcheng high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon battery and supporting project is 15 billion yuan, covering an area of 926 acres. The project will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase producing 16GW of battery cells. Construction of the first phase began in May of this year, and the first cell was produced in September. After the completion of both phases of the project, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of nearly 30 billion yuan and provide employment for over 5,000 people.
Based on the Yibin project, He Guangtongcheng will comprehensively layout higher production capacity for high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon batteries. It will actively construct the Yibin "Intelligent Manufacturing" demonstration project, relying on the photovoltaic industrial manufacturing scene and taking advantage of the local water and electricity resources, grasping the opportunities in the development of green and low-carbon advantageous industries to contribute to the development of Yibin's new energy industry.
