H&H International Holdings (01112) has announced that the company and its Chief Executive Officer, Camillo Pane, have reached an agreement. Camillo Pane's service contract with the company has been terminated as he has decided to pursue other personal and professional interests. As a result, Camillo Pane will no longer serve as the company's CEO, effective from November 17, 2023.
