Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding (02607) announced that the company received a written resignation letter from Zhou Jun on November 18, 2023. Zhou Jun resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board, non-executive director, convener and member of the Board Strategic Committee, as well as all other positions held in the company and its subsidiaries, due to personal affairs preventing him from devoting sufficient time to fulfill his duties. The resignation will take effect from November 18, 2023. After the resignation, Zhou Jun will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
