SIICENVIRONMENT (00807) has announced that Zhou Jun has resigned as Chairman of the Board, non-executive director, and member of the remuneration committee due to personal affairs, as he is unable to devote sufficient time to fulfill his duties. The resignation will take effect from November 18, 2023. After stepping down, Zhou Jun will no longer hold any position in the group.
