"BRIGHT CULTURE (01859) announced that on November 17, 2023, the company received a petition submitted by Donnelley Financial Solutions Hong Kong Limited (the petitioner) to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under the company winding-up procedure, numbered 486 of 2023, on November 1, 2023. The hearing for this petition will be held on January 10, 2024, at 9:30 am in the High Court.
The company has sought legal advice regarding this petition. The company disputes the debts and believes that the petition is an abuse of the procedure. The company will oppose the petition and seek its dismissal at the hearing. Trading of the company's shares will remain suspended."
