CNSIG Inner Mongolia Chemical Industry (600328.SH) announced that the company actively promoted the handling of the real estate title certificate for the ammonia calcium solution discharge site (referred to as the "discharge site") of the soda ash enterprise in Qinghai region. Recently, the company received the approval from the government of Delingha City regarding the scheme for the transfer of state-owned land use rights and the transfer price for No. 2024-2 (Delingha government [2024] No. 19), agreeing to transfer the land use rights of the area south of Gezhaolegai in Ga Hai Nanshan, Delingha Industrial Park, Qinghai Province to Zhongyan (Delingha) Resource Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Resource Company"). The company's holding subsidiary Zhongyan Qinghai Kunlun Alkali Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunlun Alkali") and wholly-owned subsidiary Qinghai Fatou Alkali Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fatou Alkali") jointly invest in the establishment of Zhongyan (Delingha) Resource Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd., holding 50% equity of the Resource Company.
In order to clarify the ownership of the land rights of the discharge site, smoothly handle the real estate title certificate of the discharge site, ensure the legal and compliant use of the discharge site land, guarantee the continuous operation, high-quality development, and stable operation of the company's soda ash enterprise in Qinghai region, the Resource Company plans to purchase the approved land use rights from the government of Delingha City and handle the real estate title certificate of the discharge site. The land area is 17,850,543m, the transfer price is 25.2 yuan/square meter (industrial land for 50 years), the total land price is 450 million yuan, and the source of funds is self-owned funds.
The purchase of government-approved land use rights this time is aimed at ensuring the legal and compliant use of the discharge site land. According to the government's approval, the land use period for the discharge site is 50 years, ensuring the continuous operation, high-quality development, and stable operation of the company's soda ash enterprise in Qinghai region. Secondly, the handling of the real estate title certificate for the discharge site will make substantial progress in rectification matters, and other rectification work is also being carried out in an orderly manner.
