Gdh Supertime Group (001338.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation application from the company's director and general manager, Luo Jiankai. Due to work transfer, Luo Jiankai applied to resign from the positions of director and general manager of the second session of the company's Board of Directors.
