WG Tech (603773.SH) announced that in order to accelerate the construction progress of the project to produce 1 million square meters of glass core chip board-level packaging carriers per year, the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Tongge Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hubei Tongge Micro") by RMB 180 million with its own funds. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Hubei Tongge Micro will change to RMB 300 million.
