Trump said he will sue the Wall Street Journal for "fake news".

On the 17th, U.S. President Trump once again denied any connection to the Epstein case, dismissing the report in the Wall Street Journal titled "Trump's letter to Epstein" as "fake news." He claimed the letter was fabricated and stated he would sue the "disgusting dirty rag" newspaper. Trump wrote a lengthy post on social media, stating that he and the White House spokesperson had directly informed the Wall Street Journal's editor-in-chief, Emma Tucker, that the so-called "Trump's letter to Epstein" was completely fabricated, but Tucker chose to ignore it. "The Wall Street Journal continues to insist on publishing this false, malicious, and defamatory report. President Trump will soon file a lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal, News Corporation, and Mr. Murdoch."
