A tourist boat capsized in Vietnam resulting in 35 deaths.

Today, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province in Vietnam submitted a formal report on the Ha Long Bay accident to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. The report stated that the capsized "Lan Ha 58" cruise ship actually had 49 people on board, including 46 tourists and 3 crew members. As of 1:40 a.m. on the 20th, rescue personnel successfully rescued 10 people, discovered the bodies of 35 people, and 4 people remain missing.
