Notice from RiHai Intelligent: The free transfer of state-owned equity by the company's controlling shareholder has been completed for registration. On August 1, 2025, Jiuzhou Group transferred 62.4 million shares of RiHai Intelligent to Jiufa Holdings for free, with the registration date of July 31, 2025. After the transfer is completed, Jiuzhou Group no longer holds company shares, Jiufa Holdings directly holds 16.67% of the company's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company. The actual controlling party of the company remains the Zhuhai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
